I personally feel being in product baseed company bring lots of experience, if in future you think of starting your product based company it will help you a lot , According to me , you should move

I don’t think so man. You should go with the product company. At least you’d have a life, after work.. Most service based companies miss out on out is what i believe.

I feel that the current company values you enough to give you a hike, trying to retain you. They know your value. That being said, if your are getting good learning and growth opportunities in the current company, then I'd suggest staying. However, if the growth is limited and the work is repetitive, it's not personally benefiting you. In that case, it depends on what you want. I hope that helps.

Move to the product company man you will see an altogether different world and culture

as it's good that they give you hike as product based company means their value you but take decisions that where you want to go in long term if it's your dream to work product based then move it if you value your current company and find growth there stay

If you have made your mind, you're out and there should not be backing out of it. Moreover if you're in a service based company go ahead and join the product based company it will put you years ahead in your career
