I get confused bw offer letter and joining letter, see i didn't found any conditions related to notice period, probation etc in my offer letter, but in joining letter there are detailed conditions. What happened is i accepted the offer letter then i received the joining letter after 3 days. Now i don't want to join ? What should i do plz guide
