   My experience as the Promotions Lead for the Robotics Club was centered on strategic communication and brand building. I was responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to raise the club's profile and attract a diverse pool of new members. Key responsibilities included: * Content Creation & Social Media Management: I managed all social media platforms, creating engaging content such as project highlight videos, event announcements, and member spotlights. I utilized analytics to understand audience engagement and optimize our posting strategy. * Event Promotion & Coordination: I spearheaded the promotion for all major club events, including workshops, hackathons, and robotics competitions. This involved designing and distributing promotional materials (flyers, posters), managing sign-up processes, and collaborating with other university clubs and departments to maximize outreach. * Brand Development: I played a key role in shaping the club's public image, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. I created a media kit to streamline communication with external partners and helped to articulate the club's mission and values to the wider university community. This role honed my skills in digital marketing, public relations, and cross-functional collaboration, all while fostering a passion for communicating the exciting world of robotics to a broader audience.
