To all the sales heads or analysts here — a little help 🙏 In many B2B teams, cold call scripts are still handwritten or stuck in messy docs. But when reps get on calls, they often skip steps, improvise, or lose track of the SOP. The fallout? Managers can’t measure script adherence, analysts get incomplete data, and reps find scripts clunky in real time. I’m trying to validate if this is a real pain before building anything. Do your reps actually follow scripts or just wing it? What’s the toughest part of enforcing SOPs during live calls? And have you hacked together a better way?
