Unpopular Opinion Gen Z often gets criticized for being “lazy” or “entitled.” But the truth is, most of us grew up in privilege. Our parents worked relentlessly in a time when India was still struggling low salaries, limited opportunities, and tougher living conditions. They sacrificed so much to give us stability. Now, we don’t feel the same survival pressure. We talk about work-life balance, shortcuts, and comfort. It’s not that Gen Z can’t work hard it’s that our circumstances shaped us differently. But there are exceptions. Those who didn’t grow up with privilege who have seen struggle are hustling like millennials and even like the generation before them. They value every opportunity because they know what it’s like to fight for it. Privilege creates comfort. Struggle creates hunger. And that hunger is what defines the difference in work ethic. Your thoughts on this?
