Madhya Pradesh Pashudhan Bima Yojana – Secure Your Livestock, Secure Your Future The Government of Madhya Pradesh has introduced the Pashudhan Bima Yojana to protect the livelihoods of farmers and cattle owners. This initiative offers life insurance for up to 5 animals per owner at highly subsidized premium rates. Subsidized Premium Rates Above Poverty Line (APL) Owners – Pay only 50% of the premium SC, ST & BPL Owners – Pay just 30% of the premium The remaining cost is jointly covered by the Madhya Pradesh Government and the Central Government. Animals Covered This scheme includes a wide range of animals: Milch Cows (Indigenous & Crossbreed) Milch Buffaloes (Indigenous & Crossbreed) Goats, Camels, Horses, Pigs, Rabbits, Donkeys, Male Cattle & Male Buffaloes 📝 How to Apply Farmers and livestock owners can apply offline by collecting the application form from: Gram Sabha or Gram Panchayat District Animal Husbandry Department Office State Livestock & Poultry Development Corporation Office Attach necessary documents like Aadhaar Card, proof of residence, bank details, and a photograph of your livestock.
