📊 Ayurveda Marketing: The Reality Check No One Talks About Everyone loves the “₹5000 crore Ayurvedic market” headline. But here’s the fine print nobody puts in their pitch deck: 70% of Ayurveda brands sell less than 500 units a month. The top 5 players eat over 65% of the total market share. In Tier-1 cities, consumers are 3x more likely to buy “Ayurvedic-inspired” products from a modern wellness brand than from a pure Ayurvedic label. Translation? Most brands aren’t losing because their product is bad — they’re losing because their messaging is stuck in the past while the customer has already moved on. Ayurveda doesn’t need rebranding. It needs reframing — speaking in the language of today’s health-conscious consumer while staying true to its roots. 💬 Question: If you had to sell Chyawanprash to Gen Z, what’s the first line of your ad? (And no, “ancient recipe” won’t cut it.)
