I want to discuss a persistent challenge in our agricultural supply chain and a possible solution that I’ve been developing. The Problem Smallholder farmers across India regularly lose 20–30% of their perishable harvest—vegetables, fruits, milk, flowers—simply because they lack reliable cold storage near their fields. By the time they transport produce to the mandi, prices have collapsed or the goods have spoiled. On top of that, once they do find storage, they have no direct way to reach buyers beyond their local market; middlemen take large cuts, and farmers never see true market value for their crops. checked the comments for solutions:- #agritech #agriculture #discussions #startupidea #idea
