This model requires no external funding or dilution. By owning every part of the chain—storage pods, transport fleet, digital marketplace, and local operations—we align incentives with farmers and buyers, reduce spoilage, and unlock true market prices for perishable goods. Over time, scaling to dozens or hundreds of pods in key production belts should generate enough cash flow to expand regionally and eventually nationally, all while I retain full ownership and control.
