Idea 💡 Alert Schools face financial challenges when students leave without paying their fees, with no system in place to track defaulters as they transfer to other institutions. Our solution is a Centralized Student Fee Tracking System, where each student is assigned a unique ID. This ID tracks their fee payment history, allowing schools to validate a student’s financial standing when they transfer. If fees are unpaid, the new school is notified, ensuring that all dues must be cleared before admission. This system benefits schools by improving fee recovery, reducing administrative burden, and promoting fairness. It offers real-time verification, is secure and confidential, and creates a network of schools that collaborate to ensure financial obligations are met. By preventing fee evasion and ensuring transparency, the system provides a scalable solution that can be adopted regionally or nationally, ensuring better financial stability for schools.

🌍 Big dreams need small supports. As a school student passionate about solving real-world problems, I've seen how many bright students miss out on opportunities to study abroad - simply because they can't afford the exam fees like IELTS or TOEFL.
