You mentioned that ID is issued to one who joins a company when a employee join a company and he gets that ID and will you share the data of that employee across your database ? or you will say your employers to ask employee about the ID when they apply for new job ? or how will employer get to know that he's already working ? Have you heard about BG check ? And i guess most of MNC does, i understand your concept is different but curious about how it works
