Hi, my brother is pursuing btech and will be completed in may of this month. He got a sales job in MNC. I'm in a confusion whether accept to it or join in an institute for coaching. As situation is very bad outside are there any hirings for freshers if he joins in coaching institute. Please give me pros and cons of both.

His call! If want to go for higher education let him! If experience then job. Higher education should be from elite colleges I believe otherwise experience working better!

If he has done btech, the safest pway is to ask him to learn coding, get an entry level job and grow in coding from there. Safe money. Sales people always struggle and get fired.

Keep the offer with him ask them to schedule joining post result till than search any related job or If he can get any job in canpus drive otherwise last option is accept that sales job offer letter.
