TQ for such relevant questions – यही तो असली Bharat की ground reality है, और उसी के लिए Kaamvalaa बनाया जा रहा है।" 1. पेमेंट झगड़े का हल? हम hybrid model ला रहे हैं – जहाँ jobs confirm होंगी SMS/WhatsApp से, और user feedback system real-time काम करेगा। dispute resolution के लिए local field partners या verified volunteers की मदद ली जाएगी – ताकि भरोसे के साथ काम हो सके। 2. Take-rate model? शुरुआत में platform workers से कोई सीधा charge नहीं लेगा। हमारा model employers (businesses/individuals) से service fee लेने पर आधारित होगा। Future में optional premium features होंगे – जैसे training, fast job match – जो चाहें वही लें। 3. वर्कर फीस क्यों देंगे? जब उन्हें लगातार काम मिलेगा, वो खुद बोलेगा – "ये platform काम का है"। शुरुआत में zero-fee model और बाद में “value-based” opt-in features से trust build होगा। 4.
