How do guys break through into the market of SaaS, where your potential customers are already using existing systems? like, another SaaS from your competitors? We've created more streamlined features to mitigate the pain points. (provide more useful features that automat the boring stuff) But, customers (retailers) are saying that we have satisfaction in what we have / what we're using. How the f* can we convince them to use our application? it's like, they're lazy or have fear to migrate to the new system even if we're willing to provide no cost for the first month.

GTM approaches ( Go to market strategy) quite helpful to execute your pitch stronger. - Try to availing the information what make customer unsatisfied with their existing product. like if your product is CRM based ( customer relationship management) so can appel your customer about how different your CRM from others for example in CRM companies used notification strategy, where the notified the customer about their work done and task and better communication. But here your strategy will be a game changer if you make believe your customer about the new trends that you were using in your Saas product, like if you want to be notified your customer about half work done or given an alaram clock you can pursuit like half work done impect your crediability. so this the way you can motivate your customer but your service should be well touched with the quality and innovative. .
