Dunzo had a whatsapp community where the founder himself was serving customers. This was before he raised funds. CRED again was bootstrapped by Kunal Shah and his family who was a second time founder. Similarly for all other examples you gave. Also, Y Combinator invested as an Accelerator not as a VC. You asked me before validation Brother, Let's take a Zepto as a main key example for it now, what would you say for Zepto ? no traction, no customer validation, no product ready before VC investment ? Now ? You asked me funded before validation, CRED was even funded not bootstraped doesn't matter if he was second time founder, but idea was not validated by customers.
