Hello everyone.. its feels great to be finally back on medial! I was just wondering that... โ€œProductivity is a scam..and this is why I stopped glorifying the grind.โ€ I have just observed that everyoneโ€™s addicted to being "busy". I feel people just like to make themselves feel that they are busy to sound cool or smtg.. But what I have just realised is that.. Being busy โ‰  being successful. I used to wake up at 5 AM, romanticize burnout, and call it โ€œdiscipline.โ€ Then I realized I was working hardโ€ฆ but not smart. Now? I work 3 focused hours a day, get more done, and still have time for playing and other shit Stop treating hustle like a personality. Your peace is not laziness. Itโ€™s a luxury. Reclaim it.. this is the right time! this might look quite controversial though! Do you think the โ€œgrindโ€ culture is dead or still needed? "Would you rather earn 1L/month peacefully or 5L/month with burnout?"

What I have learned in my sales career so far is that if you give your sales team just normal training twice a month, then our sales will grow by something like 20% every month.
