The Crazzy Grind - Day 17: Permission to Pause. As solo founders, we're wired to feel guilty about not working 24/7. But today, I gave myself permission to have a Sunday. No code. No marketing. Just a day to recharge, step away from the screen, and actually remember what it feels like to be a human, not just a founder. I'm learning that burnout is a bigger threat to my startup than any competitor. You can't pour from an empty cup. So this is your reminder, for anyone else on the grind: Take a break. Your dream will still be there tomorrow. And you'll be in a much better shape to fight for it. The marathon continues tomorrow.

The Crazzy Grind - Day 11: Pressing Pause. Today, I made zero progress on Crazzy. Shipped no features. Sent no emails. Instead, I spent the day with my friends, getting ready for Diwali, eating good food, and just... being human. It's a funny thin

The Crazzy Grind - Day 2: From 'Launch' to 'Listen'. The launch-day adrenaline is gone. Today was about the real, quiet work that nobody sees. My only goal today was to talk to my first users. I sent out 30 personal emails, not as a founder, but as a

The Crazzy Grind - Day 13: Upgrading the Brain. Some days are for building new features. Today was for making the existing ones smarter. My #1 goal is to make Crazzy feel like magic. And nothing breaks that magic faster than a stupid AI error. So, I

The Crazzy Grind - Day 9: I'm an idiot. And I'm fixing it. When I first built Crazzy, I added a "project limit" to the free plan. I thought it was a smart business decision. I was wrong. It was a stupid tax on creativity. Why should anyone have to de
