why do u believe amul is not fresh and unprocessed ?? what kind of customization and flexibility am I looking for when purchasing milk when talking about transparency and trust i believe in amul rather than local milk owners okay I'll take the point that someone might be so health conscious that he chooses to hand pick from where he gets the milk still really few people I am not really sure what do u mean by sustainable and eco friendly are u talking about packaging?? just a mention you need to package the milk in some manner before transportation or else it would get bacteria note all households tends to boil their milk after the purchase to remove bacteria snd germs so we won't prefer to take an overhead of this process last pov what u are talking about is mostly about changing the habit of consuming and buying milk that p3ople gave build over years it will be really hard

if you can read it again, he told fresh milk, which means it'd of the same day Or rather same part of the day (morning or evening) each day. I don't think there will be bacteria in 1-2 hours. He told that milk will be directly poured into the jars / containers of customer, which means he was talking about not plastic packaging. See when its hyperlocal, you can deliver it by carry in some large steel/metal containers.
