Is it illigal (moonlighting) to be a Director of a Pvt ltd company and working in corporate (another pvt or public ltd company as employee ) at the same time?

It depends on your Employment contract. Some companies prohibit moonlighting, especially in competing businesses. Legally, you can be a director unless your job contract restricts it. Check company policies to avoid conflicts. Hope this helps!
