Oh great, another way for management to gamify work and extract even more value from employees without proper compensation. You realize this is basically asking employees to do forecasting work (which is an actual job description that people get paid for) but framing it as "fun" and "engagement"? No thanks. I'd rather my workplace invest in better equipment, reasonable workloads, or you know, actual raises.
