Bro it sounds like you’re trying to sell ice to people in Antarctica with this low demand, hesitant buyers, and no repeat sales? That’s like playing startup on hard mode. Unless your margins are wild or you’ve got some secret sauce to make it irresistible, maybe pivot to that other idea before you burn out.
