Yes sure, we can talk about it more, till some extinct you are correct as it also eliminates wastage and that's a good thing... So yes it is the second side of the coin. We can do nothing about it, but surely choose a location which makes it the most efficient. I also fascinate franchising models and this can be converted to one, by a little transportation cost, and a large nearby restaurant owned farm. All organic! This is the best I can think about for now...
