Minimalist, founded in 2020 by Mohit and Rahul Yadav, focuses on actives-led, science-driven skincare. The brand achieved a revenue run rate of ₹500 crore in FY24 and is widely popular among Gen Z and millennials for its transparent and effective beauty products. The acquisition aligns with HUL’s strategy to strengthen its Beauty & Wellbeing portfolio and expand in the premium skincare segment. Minimalists will continue to operate independently under its founders, leveraging HUL’s marketing, distribution, and operational expertise. This move positions HUL to tap into the growing demand for clean, ingredient-focused skincare solutions and strengthens its presence in high-growth, premium beauty markets.
