Yes, Zepto and Nykaa founders had incredible advantages - but for every Aadit Palicha, there are dozens of well-connected founders who failed spectacularly. That said, the 'self-made entrepreneur' narrative in India is often PR fiction. Most successful startups have strong networks behind them. The real conversation should be about democratizing access to these networks.
