📉 The Rise and Fall of ZEPTO ! 🚀 Zepto was the first to scale 10 minute delivery to the space and it was poster child of Indian startup speed. From college dorm to $1.4B valuation in under 2 years. 10-minute deliveries. Blitzscaling. Heavy VC backing. But now? ❌ Users complain about canceled orders ❌ Deliveries gone wrong ❌ Support systems breaking down ❌ Warehouse and delivery chaos ❌ Mass layoffs & poor worker treatment ❌ Dark hidden patterns ❌ Delivery partners complaining ❌ Unhygienic Dark stores ❌ Low quality of Cafe products Aadit-Palicha Founder : Says that he is disciplined in recent WTF podcast by Sir.Nikhil Kamath, but the way he's doing with his own company doesn't feel like that. Recently one of the employee had posted about their " Brand new office in BLR " with the video, but one specific quote which took my mind out was "Unapologetically capitalist" which means that Zepto / Founder would never apologize for being wealthy, for being intelligent, ambitious, frugal, or “greedy”. Zepto / Founder would never apologize for any of the character traits or actions that were necessary to build a business, by producing goods and services which people wanted to buy from him. 🤔 Is this just growing pains... Or is Zepto sprinting toward a collapse? People are urging others to not use ZEPTO ( including me ) i suggest everyone in here to stop using Zepto and use the other available platforms not saying all the perfect but atleast better than ZEPTO.
