I get where youโ€™re coming from. Founders often have a much higher stake in their company, so their long hours are tied to the risk theyโ€™re taking. But demanding 70-hour weeks from employees just to โ€œmatchโ€ the founderโ€™s grind? Thatโ€™s a toxic mentality. Itโ€™s not sustainable for most people.
