Ig the issue is that most people got degrees but not skills. and that's why they don't get hired. This is why freelancing platforms are working so well as they focus on skills based hiring rather than degree based one. Saw your idea, You can definitely use ai to showcase the perfect jobs an employee should apply at but the issue of not having perfect skills, still remains. correct me if I'm Wrong
