Idk, how much effective this might be effective but NEP has introduced this for our 4th year of under graduation. Which is optional and student need to have 7.5 SCGPA to be eligible to do 4 year graduation.

I don't think we lack at skills. I think we give up on what we are doing really soon. We gotta stay strong mentally and emotionally to face difficulties. Skills get developed when you put an effort. To put an effort a human must be capable of having strength.

True. Actually Indians as a whole (in general don’t feel like they can take the amount of risk to test their skills and that’s somewhat making them lack behind. Otherwise it’s all the same.
