Your degree won't secure your future. Here are 3 skills that will. 1. COMMUNICATION: If you can't explain it, you can't sell it. 2. PROBLEM-SOLVING: Degrees teach theory. Skills solve real problems. 3. ADAPTABILITY: The world changes fast. Skills keep you relevant. No employer hires you just for your degree. They hire you for what you can do. Focus less on certificates. Focus more on results. That's how you future-proof your success. What else would you add to the skills?

I’d add networking because opportunities come from the people you know and how well you connect with them. Also, Emotional Intelligence because understanding people is just as important as understanding problems
