Does marks really matter in jobs or only the skills matter?. Why still people who are having good skills are getting underpaid than a person who bye heart with 0 industrial knowledge get great package
Coursera and udemy certificates are still valued? Like litteraly anyone can buy their courses and scroll and get certificates and not actually have hands on knowledge about those.
