If you want to be rich in your country, focus on skills requiring a certificate, such as nursing, teaching, cloud computing, web design, ethical hacking, etc. But if you want to stay wealthy both in your country and anywhere else, then add skills that don't need certificates, like fashion design, hairdressing, sales, marketing, and content creation. The reason being that if you have to leave your country, your certificates may not be recognised where you japa to, but your actionable skills will be accepted at face value. A skill will kill poverty faster than a certificate because skills are often universal, while certificates age many times national.
