🤯This is how Blackberry killed itself. Back in 2010, Blackberry had a 43% market share in smartphones. However, by 2016, it was down to 0%. So, why did people abandon Blackberry? 🧐 See, in the 2000s, Blackberry was the ultimate status symbol, used by politicians and celebrities. This was because it revolutionized phones with email browsing and a QWERTY keypad. However, in 2007, Steve Jobs launched the iPhone, a game-changer with a huge touchscreen and thousands of apps. Samsung followed with Galaxy phones. However, Blackberry was too arrogant and stuck with its outdated QWERTY keypad. Secondly, their most popular feature was the Blackberry Messenger, which was as popular as WhatsApp is today.🙄
