š° The dollar's share in international transactions has hit a 12-year high at 49.1% ššµ. But thereās a catch. š¶ While the dollar gained 5% over two years, the euro plummeted by 18%, from 39% to 21%. Essentially, the U.S. is pulling the rug out from under its European allies, redistributing the balance to maintain its dominance. However, the shift is unevenā13% of the euro's share has vanished. š Some of it went to the yuan, which rose from 2% to 5%, but most of the drop went to payments in national currencies. Thereās no global de-dollarization happeningābut only because the euro was sacrificed first. The pace of de-euroization is accelerating rapidly. ššŖšŗ
