I am an experienced senior level professional in US Healthcare staffing space. I am planning to launch my own US Healthcare Staffing agency. I understand and implement the process to run the Healthcare Staffing agency successfully and profitably. I can start on my own: Things going on in my mind 1. No US Presence. will have to do everything from offshore (difficult but possible) 2. US Economy current scenario. De Dollarization. Rates going down post Covid. 3. Impact of decisions of new US Administration 3. Initial High capital investment. Need for Company formation, insurance, ATS, sourcing tools, employees, office, admin, and biggest of all cash for paying up clinicians on weekly basis up front. Is it advisable to start in the current US market scenario or wait it out ?
