Running a service business in tier-2/3 cities for 5 years. Here's the reality: Yes, people are price sensitive, but they're increasingly willing to pay for reliability and quality. The key difference from Urban Company is that you need strong word-of-mouth. We succeeded by partnering with local repair shops rather than competing with them. Trust builds differently in smaller cities.
