nobroker is trash as of now its show you only 2-3 properties and after that it's ask for subscription and my motive is only for short term renting around 2-3months for that you don't have to pay (security+brokerage) just the rent and 5-10% fees which

The idea is super. Can you provide a revenue model? Have you tried asking a minimum of 100 hotel room owners, to understand how much they can charge for a short term period?. In hotel rooms mostly food service is not available, self cooking is not even possible. and also ask house/appartment owners about the cost who can provide a short term stay. if more 100 people aggred without deposits, then you can fill this market gap. Note : try to research about already existing companies, why they are not able fill this gap.
