nobroker is trash as of now its show you only 2-3 properties and after that it's ask for subscription and my motive is only for short term renting around 2-3months for that you don't have to pay (security+brokerage) just the rent and 5-10% fees which will be more convenient and cheaper.

You are limiting your customers if you are talking about 2-3 months and second thing if you tie up with flats or room, the owner will disagree with the thought of no security
