Let me tell you a secret about nobroker. Owners put prices 10-20% higher than the market prices(brokers prices). For a year long rental you end up paying twice than the brokerage you would have paid. Its mind boggling that instead of saving money we end up paying more. I have tested this in 3 localities in Delhi for multiple houses and today my friend confirmed the same in Bangalore. You should verify it for yourself or if you recall any incident please do share here. One more thing I told nobroker about this problem 3 years ago and got a call from their co founder. I told him that there were other problems as well like for a locality if you go with broker they have 10x more listings than nobroker has for a particular locality. So we don't get many options and we end up paying more.
