ykw as per I feel this will be most implementable in the case where students from one city or any professional from some city move to another let's say they have s field project or they join some course which is of short duration and for that they couldn't stay in hotels for such long periods so this looks great thing

Brother your idea is very good and it is such a nice idea to solve problems for bachelors, but here you have to first solve the relationship issue with land owners instead of taking commissions you can take the rooms for long terms as a renter and then apply this idea to provide rooms, this suggestion is just a starting phase of solving the problem in this startup idea u need to have a local and smart team and initially your most of the time will be spent on solving daily issues of renters, it might be there personal or other. see leave everything else if the damage happens will you pay it from your pocket which is profit bro you can generate revenue i am sure just think about completion rate and other thing your 5-10 percent profit shd handle all those and servers cost even the app maintanence with your teams salary research completely before you strt make a clear document of all the flaws
