I want to start a room rental buisness in my city, for this we build a website in which all the empty rooms in my city are listed, we are different from other rental businesses as they focused on the hotel's rooms but we listed all the rooms of individuals of the locality, that helps students and other people's to rent easily rooms without investing a lot of time in finding it. We list the rooms by adding some commission on the actual rents of the rooms and this is how we make profit monthly. We convience room owners to list their rooms by giving them their rent on 1st day of every month either the renter pay us the rent or not on the time. I think there is no one in my state (Bihar) who are doing this. Can you give me some suggestions and some tips to start this I'm my locality and then to scale it.🤞

Honestly speaking, smart people like me or people from Bihar will find the room on your site, connecty owner and compare prices and finally pay directly to the owner instead of you. Adding extra commission is onmy successful if you have a big network or brand name or some extra benefits as compared to the owners. Or one way is take complete responsibility of the owner.
