I want to start a room rental buisness in my city, for this we build a website in which all the empty rooms in my city are listed, we are different from other rental businesses as they focused on the hotel's rooms but we listed all the rooms of individuals of the locality, that helps students and other people's to rent easily rooms without investing a lot of time in finding it. We list the rooms by adding some commission on the actual rents of the rooms and this is how we make profit monthly. We convience room owners to list their rooms by giving them their rent on 1st day of every month either the renter pay us the rent or not on the time. I think there is no one in my state (Bihar) who are doing this. Can you give me some suggestions and some tips to start this I'm my locality and then to scale it.๐ค
