But execution plays the major role here.There's a demand for this but there isn't enough supply(Rooms). As you addressed students need rooms near to the college but it's always booked. So now my question is Why a Room owner needs to onboard his property in your app because there's no need for him to advertise his room via you app because there's no need for him.
