Brother your idea is very good and it is such a nice idea to solve problems for bachelors, but here you have to first solve the relationship issue with land owners instead of taking commissions you can take the rooms for long terms as a renter and then apply this idea to provide rooms, this suggestion is just a starting phase of solving the problem in this startup idea u need to have a local and smart team and initially your most of the time will be spent on solving daily issues of renters, it might be there personal or other.
