Guest books the hotel through OYO platform. when he reaches the hotel, receptionist asks to cancel the booking on the OYO platform and he'll offer the room to the guest, with a different cost which is fixed. Now, it looks like a mutual benefit for hotel guy and the guest, but it doesn't count money for OYO which bridged the Gap between them. Is this a loop hole for OYO. How can we rectify this and strategize so that we'll not miss a commission from a single booking.
