Guest books the hotel through OYO platform. when he reaches the hotel, receptionist asks to cancel the booking on the OYO platform and he'll offer the room to the guest, with a different cost which is fixed. Now, it looks like a mutual benefit for hotel guy and the guest, but it doesn't count money for OYO which bridged the Gap between them. Is this a loop hole for OYO. How can we rectify this and strategize so that we'll not miss a commission from a single booking.

see the same thing happens for the rides also as when you book from ola or rapido , they say ti cancel the bookings as they charge extra cost on their rides . so this is a drawback of these connective industries platforms.
