1. as you mentioned of branding, actually it depends where you sell mostly in tier 1 branding is needed but in low tier distribution is important. Just gave you a example - In my hometown(tier4) mostly amul or celesty ice creams were sold but few month back arun ice cream came nd capture whole market because of distribution, nd high margins to shop owner. and you can't find any other brand ice cream in my town actually near nearby towns also
