That's when I realized: most people know what they want but rarely take the time to understand why theyโ€™re not getting it. Hereโ€™s the deal: sales isnโ€™t just about closing. Itโ€™s about the way you create an experience for your prospects. If they donโ€™t trust you, they wonโ€™t buy, no matter how slick your pitch is. To get better, examine the entire customer journey. Build rapport before you get to the sale. Make them feel heard and understood. 1. Map out their journey from awareness to purchase. 2. Identify gaps where you lose connection. 3. Adjust your approach to meet them where they are. When you focus on creating a seamless experience, closing becomes almost effortless.
