is there any solutions for cab driver who cancel the ride at the very last moment without informing ??

None for now, as these drivers are registered with multiple cab aggregators also tend to simply resignup with a different vehicle once banned. Most of these cab drivers are running rented cabs where they are in partnership with the owners on % basis

I would say, start showing their cancel percentage beside ratings. This would pretty much give a good idea if the ride will be cancelled. Having this in every app might be beneficial.
