Guys I have an scenario/question. Lets assume you have booked an ride via any ride sharing app. But most of the time riders will call us and says to cancel ride. How can ride sharing apps can minimize that. Note : please keep in account that not just ride sharing scenario, it may be a hotel, a venue etc.,
