I would say, start showing their cancel percentage beside ratings. This would pretty much give a good idea if the ride will be cancelled.
Having this in every app might be beneficial.

Lets assume you have booked an ride via any ride sharing app. But most of the time riders will call us and says to cancel ride. How can ride sharing apps can minimize that.
