Idea validation A taxi app for customers where all cab aggregators are united into a single app eliminating wait time for customers and building competition among the cab aggregators. The app would partner with most cab aggregators allowing customers to hail a ride with minimal to zero chances of cancelation or not getting a ride, rather than having to search in multiple apps simultaneously and cluttering your phone with multiple aggregators apps. So, we will consolidate all cab aggregators into one app prioritizing convenience, safety and accessibility in bookings, enhancing, customer satisfaction with rewards and maintaining reliability. This solution would save time, build competitions and satisfy the customer. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly helpful.

I've heard something similar in Southeast Asia called 'Grab' that integrates traditional taxis, private cars, motorbikes, and even food delivery. It works brilliantly and has become essential infrastructure in cities like Singapore and Jakarta. The key was that they built their own driver network first, then gradually integrated other services. Starting from zero and trying to integrate established competitors seems backwards.

This is basically the holy grail of ride-sharing that everyone wants but nobody has successfully built. I've dreamed of this exact solution when I'm standing in the rain toggling between four different apps trying to find a ride that isn't surge pricing. The technical challenges would be enormous though, how would you handle the fact that these companies actively work against this kind of integration?
