Brain's sleep cycle is 75-90 minutes. Always sleep and wake up in multiples of sleep cycles. Thats the only biological way to wake up right. Alarms are not designed based on our brain's function. When you hit snooze, your brain starts another sleep cycle. In 10 minutes when you wake up, you are waking up when brain is going to deep sleep. Its very unhealthy. Sleep and wake up in multiples of 1.5 hours, its the healthiest way to wake up
